Absolutely agree — I had the exact problem and got it working by reconfiguring the hub. Took me forever to find that setting.
ZigbeeExplorer: YMMV, but from my experience — WiFi was a mess with my setup.

I've been working with this for several years and it's been pretty solid. The automations work well once you configure properly.
